Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill and basil)
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (juice)
Instructions:
1. Cook the eggs to your liking (e.g., fried or scrambled).
2. Meanwhile, mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread cream cheese on each slice of rye bread.
4. Place smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
5. Add the mashed avocado on top of the salmon.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
7. Place the cooked eggs on each serving and serve immediately.
