Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but still slightly moist in the center.
