Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion. Sauté until softened.
4. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour the heavy cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix.
8. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
