- ¾ cup heavy cream

Ground Beef Patties:
- 1 tablespoon oil - 2 onions, chopped
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 to 1½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1.75 lbs ground beef and pork mix
Instructions:
1. Clean the chanterelle mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.2. Sauté the mushrooms in a dry pan until moisture evaporates. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a splash of oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft. Stir in the flour.
4. Add the reserved water and the sautéed mushrooms to the pan. Simmer for five minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, season with black pepper, and add salt if needed. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
