Ingredients:
- 500 g beef tenderloin
- 4 potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh thyme
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
3. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper, then sear it in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
4. Add butter and crushed garlic cloves to the skillet, allowing them to cook with the beef for an additional minute.
5. Boil the green beans in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp. Drain the water.
6. Serve the beef tenderloin alongside the potatoes and green beans. Grate Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh thyme.
