Serving Size: 4 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza flour
- 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 7 g dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 300 g mozzarella cheese
- 150 g pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add water and olive oil to the mixture, kneading until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Roll the dough into four round pizza bases.
6. Spread tomato sauce on each base.
7. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and season with salt and pepper.
8. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven, add fresh basil on top, and serve immediately.
