Ingredients
- 5 dl all-purpose flour - ½ packet dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 dl water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes
- 5 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 artichoke hearts
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp green pesto
- 1 small onion
- Garlic to taste
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix the olive oil into the lukewarm water.2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, dry yeast, salt).
3. Add the oil and water mixture to the flour and knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in oil until soft.
6. Add the chopped tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, basil, and oregano. Cook the mixture for a few minutes.
7. Roll out the risen dough into a thin base on a baking sheet.
8. Spread the tomato paste over the dough.
9. Top with the vegetable mixture and crumbled mozzarella cheese.
10. Bake the pizza at 225 °C for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
