Ingredients:

- 500 g Hungry Chef 00 flour
- 325 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 5 g sugar
- 2 g dry yeast
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix dry yeast, sugar, and 100 ml of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Add the flour and salt. Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl. Cover with a cloth and let it rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
4. Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate.
5. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
6. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and transfer it to a baking paper.
7. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and add the mozzarella cheese.
8. Bake the pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
9. Add fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
