A delicious cherry pizza that perfectly combines sweet cherries and savory goat cheese. Ideal for a summer treat! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pizza crust - 200 g cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g goat cheese
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). 2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Rinse the cherries and remove the pits. Arrange the cherries evenly on top of the pizza.
4. Crumble the goat cheese over the cherries.
5. Drizzle olive oil and honey over the pizza. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
