Ingredients:
- 1 pizza base
- 1.5 dl tomato sauce
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Grated cheese, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pizza base according to your preferred recipe.
2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
5. Top the sauce with the spinach and onion mixture.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top.
7. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
8. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
