A light and simple Spanish pizza that makes a great vegetarian dish for a buffet. This delicious recipe is inspired by Mallorca and is easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour - 125 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, water, and salt to form a dough.2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet on a baking paper.
4. Place the sliced vegetables (red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and zucchini) on top of the rolled-out dough.
5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
