This delicious roast beef is made by marinating the beef in Coca-Cola, which makes it particularly tender and flavorful. Preparation Time: 1 night + 1 hour

Ingredients
- 2 tsp thyme - 1 kg beef roast
- 10 dl Coca-Cola
- 0.5 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp crushed black pepper
Instructions
1. Marinate the beef roast in Coca-Cola overnight in the refrigerator. This helps tenderize the meat. 2. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and pat the surface dry with paper towels.
3. Allow the roast to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
4. Sear the meat in a hot skillet on all sides until it is beautifully golden brown.
5. Rub the surface of the roast with coarse salt, thyme, and crushed black pepper.
6. Add butter to the skillet and continue to cook the meat until it reaches your desired doneness.
7. Let the roast rest wrapped in foil for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
