Ingredients:
- 600 g petite tender beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Gochujang Butter:
- 100 g butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp gochujang chili paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Season the petite tender with salt and pepper. Rub olive oil over the meat.
3. Grill the meat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked but still juicy.
4. Prepare the gochujang butter: In a bowl, mix together the room temperature butter, gochujang, honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
5. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with the gochujang butter.
