Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (canned or boiled)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and basil)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Mash the chickpeas in a bowl until they are smooth but still have some texture.
2. Add the rolled oats, onion, garlic, carrot, herbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice to the chickpeas. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the patties at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve warm with a salad or dipping sauce.
