Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh salad mix
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad mix and peel the cucumber.
2. Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado into strips.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
5. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
8. Serve immediately.
