A delicious and filling dish that comes together quickly, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
3. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion. Sauté until soft.
5. Add the garlic and chicken strips to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done and golden brown.
6. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts into the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
8. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
9. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil.
