Ingredients:
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ dl all-purpose flour
- 3-4 dl rye flour
- Butter or milk for brushing
Instructions:
1. Heat the water in a saucepan and add the salt. Allow the water to cool slightly.
2. Add the all-purpose flour to the cooled water and mix well.
3. Gradually add the rye flour to the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface.
5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Brush the loaf with butter or milk.
7. Let the bread rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
8. Bake the bread at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until it is beautifully browned.
