A delicious treat combining white chocolate, rice bars, and dried fruits. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 10 rolls
Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g rice crispy bars
- 100 g dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs, raisins)
- 100 g dark chocolate (for dipping)
- 50 g marzipan (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Mix the rice crispy bars into the melted white chocolate until well combined.
3. Chop the dried fruits into small pieces and fold them into the mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into small sushi-style pieces or rolls.
5. If using marzipan, roll it out into thin sheets and wrap it around the sushi pieces.
6. Melt the dark chocolate and serve it as a dip alongside the chocolate sushi.
7. Allow the sushi to cool and set in the refrigerator before serving.
