Ingredients:

- 200 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the vegetables. Sauté lightly for a few minutes.
3. Combine the cooked pasta with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
