Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the vegetables. Sauté lightly for a few minutes.
3. Combine the cooked pasta with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
4. Add the sour cream, salt, black pepper, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix well.
5. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh herbs.
