Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne) - 1 dl cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 dl black olives, sliced
- 100 g fresh mozzarella, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl. 2. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and mix in the olive oil.
3. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, and diced mozzarella.
4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and chopped basil. Mix well.
