Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 200 g vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, zucchini, spinach)
- 100 g ham or smoked salmon (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil or butter for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the milk and eggs, and stir until the batter is smooth.
4. Incorporate the grated cheese, chopped vegetables, and ham or salmon, if using.
5. Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan and pour the batter into the pan.
6. Bake the pancake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the pancake to cool slightly before slicing and serve with a side salad.
