A delightful recipe for traditional Finnish pancakes, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 7.5 dl milk
- 40 g melted butter (cooled)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt together.
2. Add the eggs and a little bit of milk, whisk until smooth.
3. Gradually add the remaining milk, stirring continuously.
4. Stir in the cooled melted butter and mix until well combined.
5. Let the batter rest for about 1 hour.
6. Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of butter. Pour in a ladle of batter and cook until golden brown on both sides, flipping as needed. Remember to stir the batter before each pancake.
7. Serve the pancakes with sweet or savory toppings such as strawberry jam and whipped cream, or a chicken filling.
