A delightful summer strawberry pancake, perfect served warm with vanilla ice cream. Easy to make in a baking dish.
Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 5.5 dl whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 dl Flora Culinesse or melted butter
- 300 g fresh strawberries
- Honey for drizzling on top
- Vanilla sauce for serving

Instructions:

1. Measure and mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Let it rest for a moment.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the fat.
4. Grease the baking dish and pour the pancake batter into it. Carefully arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the batter and drizzle with honey.
5. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for the first 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200°C (392°F) and continue baking for about 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on the baking time, as it may vary depending on your oven.
6. Remove the pancake from the oven and drizzle more honey on top. Optionally, you can dust with powdered sugar as well.
7. Serve immediately, best enjoyed warm with vanilla ice cream.
