- 2 servings of mixed salad greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the vegetables: wash and chop the cucumber, avocado, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.2. Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked but still tender. Season with salt and pepper.
