- 400 g fresh salmon
- 300 g shrimp (peeled)
- 200 g mussels
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add the salmon cubes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
4. Add the shrimp and mussels to the skillet. Mix and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked.
5. Pour the white wine and lemon juice into the skillet. Allow it to simmer for a moment until the liquid has slightly evaporated.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
7. Serve the dish warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
