- 2 large eggs

Instructions:
1. Thaw the pollock fillets from the freezer and pat them dry with paper towels. 2. Prepare three plates: place the flour on one, beaten eggs on the second, and crushed cereal on the third.
3. Season the flour with lemon pepper and salt.
4. Dip the fish fillets first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the crushed cereal, ensuring they are well covered on all sides.
