Ingredients:
- Whole fish (such as sea bass or trout)
- Lemon juice
- Mineral salt
- Black pepper
- Filling ingredients (e.g., herbs, garlic, lemon zest)
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Clean the fish by opening it up and removing the gills and entrails. Rinse the fish thoroughly.
2. Season the fish with lemon juice, mineral salt, and black pepper to taste.
3. Mix the filling ingredients together and stuff them into the cavity of the fish.
4. Brush the outside of the fish with oil.
5. Grill the fish over medium heat for about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the fish and the temperature of the grill.
6. Carefully turn the fish halfway through cooking using a spatula or grill basket.
