Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture. Stir until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the surface of the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
