Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Cut chicken breast fillets into strips and cook in the pan until golden brown.
3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onions are soft.
4. Dice the bell pepper and zucchini and add them to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Add cherry tomatoes and seasonings (oregano, salt, pepper). Mix well and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
