Ingredients:
- 200 g sugar - 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate (melted)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. Beat the sugar and butter together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Stir in the melted chocolate until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
