Ingredients
- Base
- 100 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g oat biscuits
- 75 g margarine or butter
- Filling
- 250 ml Flora whipping cream
- 250 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100 g Geisha chocolate
Instructions
1. Crush the digestive and oat biscuits in a bowl.
2. Melt the margarine or butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits.
3. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish and place it in the refrigerator to set.
4. Whip the Flora cream until fluffy.
5. Add the cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder, mixing until smooth.
6. Melt the Geisha chocolate and stir it into the filling mixture until well combined.
7. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and level the surface.
8. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Serve and enjoy!
