Ingredients

- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 4 egg whites
- 150 g Geisha chocolate

Instructions

1. Whisk the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
