A delicious and quick Italian dish that combines pasta, eggs, bacon, and cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti - 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon or pancetta in a hot pan until crispy. Add the crushed garlic clove towards the end of cooking.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon.
5. Remove the pan from heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Quickly stir to lightly cook the eggs with the heat of the pasta.
6. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to achieve a creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
