- 4 medium potatoes

- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat all the potatoes with the seasonings.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (gas mark 7).
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
