Ingredients

- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 4 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 dl melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, cardamom, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
3. Add the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool before serving.
