Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets - 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 100 g broccoli
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips. 2. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the wok and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Slice the bell peppers, carrot, and broccoli into strips.
5. Add the vegetables to the wok with the chicken and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until they are tender.
6. Mince the garlic and add it to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional minute.
7. Mix the soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger together, then pour it over the stir-fry.
8. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Serve with rice or noodles.
