Deliciously rich chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Serving size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Allow to cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Pour the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
4. Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy it with a hot cocoa.
