Ingredients:
- 7 large eggs
- 5 dl sugar
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 3.75 dl potato flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 5 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg-sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
