Ingredients:
- 200 g rolled oats - 100 g nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
- 50 g dried fruits (such as apricots or raisins)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g peanut butter or almond butter
- 50 g dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, and salt.
3. Add the honey, vanilla extract, and peanut butter to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and press it down firmly.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Allow to cool and cut into bars. If desired, melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it on top for added flavor.
