A quick and colorful stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and flavor.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
