A delicious and healthy raw chocolate cake, perfect for dessert or a snack. This cake is easy to make without an oven! Preparation Time: 20 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds) - 150 g dates (pitted)
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 100 g coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g roughly chopped nuts or chocolate (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Crush the nuts in a food processor until finely ground. 2. Add the dates, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in the rolled oats until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and flatten the top.
5. Sprinkle chopped nuts or chocolate on top.
6. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
