Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops (or pork fillets)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
- 2 cups noodles
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pork chops: pound them to an even thickness of about 1 cm.
2. Set up three separate plates: place the flour on one, beat the eggs in another, and put the breadcrumbs on the third.
3. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Dip each chop first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with chopped parsley.
6. Serve the wienerleike with noodles and lemon slices on the side.
