A delicious breaded dish where pork tenderloin gets a crispy crust. Perfect for dinner or special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 pork tenderloins (unmarinated, 4.5% fat)
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add one tablespoon of oil.
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs together.
3. Crack the egg into a plate and whisk it lightly.
4. Dip the pork tenderloin in the egg.
5. Roll the tenderloin in the flour and breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
6. Place the coated tenderloin in the hot pan to fry.
7. Cook the tenderloin on both sides until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
