A delicious and crispy dish made from pork loin, perfect for dinner or special occasions.

Ingredients

- 600 g pork loin
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- a generous pinch of salt
- a generous pinch of pepper
- a little oil for frying
- a little butter for frying

Instructions

1. Slice the pork loin into 1.5 cm thick pieces and flatten them with a meat mallet.
2. On a plate, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. In a deep plate, crack the eggs, add water, and lightly whisk with a fork.
4. Dip the flattened pork pieces first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the coated pieces until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Place the fried pieces on paper towels to drain excess oil.
