Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas - 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine cooked chickpeas, grated carrot, onion, rolled oats, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.2. Mix the ingredients well until the mixture is smooth. You can use a fork or potato masher to combine.
3. Shape the mixture into about 8 patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
6. Serve warm with a salad or bread.
