Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot to the skillet.
