Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 200 g sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Add the bell pepper, chili powder, and paprika. Sauté for a few more minutes.
6. Stir in the sour cream and cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Heat the mixture for a moment until everything is well combined.
8. Serve with fresh basil on top.
