A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal!

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Once the spaghetti is done, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with garlic and oil. Toss to coat.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
