A simple yet flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200 grams - Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional) - for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and then drain the spaghetti. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the red chili flakes to the skillet and stir for another 30 seconds.
4. Toss the drained spaghetti into the skillet, mixing well to coat in the garlic oil.
5. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
6. Season with salt and stir in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
