A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish.

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat the pasta.
7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
